An Energy Management Plan was developed for the Rapid Chevrolet complex which included:

• Commissioning for Performance for the HVAC systems
• Energy Management/Building Automation System
• Lighting Systems/ Controls
• Day-lighting Systems/ Controls
• Domestic Water Heating Systems.

A baseline energy model and key operating strategies were developed. Our team performed a functional test of the facility to ensure the systems are performing correctly.
